Weird Aesthetic Logic with the Armor Set for PvP Paladins?? [WoW S12]

Ever since I dinged 90 on my paladin I have been doing battlegrounds like a mad person to gear up my Holy Paladin. Having finally gotten the full set of honor gear, I take a look at the healing set and the DPS Retribution set; and what the heck is the logic?

As a Retribution Paladin where I'm supposed to be running around smacking people I get a DRESS.

And as a healer, I get these eye burning ugly leggings...

 

What the heck. I mean being a healer is no easy, but you'd think we'd get the robe compared to the Retribution Paladins trodding around the mud and water at Waterworks.

Granted my leggings look REALLY off because they're Conquest gear and the Honor pants are black and  match the top a bit more... but I just opted to transmog my chestpiece to the DPS one since it covers my ugly leggings. 

If I'm going to be PvPing all day, I don't want to be staring at those pants. If I can't stand them on a female characters, I don't know how I'll fare looking at a male one... especially a Draenai. 

Actually it might match the Draenai males... cheers to the bulkly top and the skinny bottom.

I still like this set a lot though, especially the shoulders, it's just the toilet seat head [which I hid] and the pants that ruins it a little.

And while we're at it, I want to ask for  a more different looking Conquest set rather than the same gear with some recolouring; but alas, PvP gear and mounts are mostly replicates, it makes me sad.

The Walking Dead Free for a Limited Time!

The Walking Dead Facebook posted a link for XBOX live for people to get a free game copy [limited time]. Really happy they did it for the holidays and now I have The Walking Dead on PC and XBOX, cheers!

It is an AMAZING game, I definitely recommend it [I mean it did win game of the year], heck even if you won't play it, it's free!

Video Rambles [#1] : Holiday Edition 2012!

My first official blog post will be dedicated to the merry holidays; I suppose it’s a good way to end of the year and start a new one!

Video Rambles will simply be a collection of videos I found enjoyable and then ramble about my thoughts on it… yeap, that’s it.

There are lots of Christmasy videos in store in my subscription box, and the one I woke up with is the episode I have been anticipating for a while, the Christmas Edition of Skyrim Mods Weekly! I’m not listing this first because I’m being biased due to my rekindled obsession for Skyrim. [Yes there are boobs, ohnoes]

Next up is a video that is actually from last year [2011], but it still makes me grin despite the fact that it’s outdated. It’s a 12 days of Christmas battle between SWTOR [Star Wars the Old Republic] and WoW. It’s slightly painful to watch this video since we know that SWTOR went free to play [ouch]!

This video is an AMAZING animation for Minecraft, "The Christmas Train" from the Yogscast, however I do love last year’s video as well! [Must watch, you won't be disappointed!]

A hilarious video from none other than Felicia Day with a very creepy Santa and the appearance of her brother once again to take on another retro game [this video will make you laugh, if it doesn’t, than you probably have no soul – sorry mate].

A sweet and short [but hilarious] video with two dudes beat boxing… kind of.

Yogscast had a few of their members do an Advent series. I have gotten so used to watching them daily; I will miss them deeply now that the series are over. However if anyone wants some extra count down Christmas cheer, here we go.

A hilarious surprise present for Hannah [supposedly from her parents]. *wink*

Finally some Christmas songs! These are a bit old but still very awesome. They are sung by TotalBiscuit, and I definitely did not expect to hear such a stunning voice, but I did, so there we go. I can’t quite decide which song I wanted to post so I’ll link Santa Baby and you can hear some trolololols through the links after the video!
